Description
Medium foam pad for one-step polishing
Zvizzer Thermo pads use a thermostable open-cell foam that holds its shape under heat, so the cut stays consistent through long polishing sessions. Each color matches a stage in the Zvizzer color system. The orange pad is the medium level, built for one-step polishing. Pair it with Zvizzer Medium Cut 3000 or One Polish.
Key Features
- Thermostable foam that holds its hardness as the pad warms up
- Open-cell structure that dissipates heat and spreads polish evenly
- Color-coded hardness, matched to the Zvizzer compound and polish range
- Hook-and-loop backing; fits rotary and dual action (DA) polishers
- 20 mm thick foam on the 1–6 inch sizes
How to Use
- Center the pad on a matching backing plate.
- Prime the pad with polish, then work 2×2 ft sections with light, even pressure.
- Clean the pad on the fly with a brush or air, and wash with Zvizzer Pad Cleaner after use.

Pro Detailer Tips
Patch Test First
Before applying any new product to a full panel, test on a small hidden area first — especially on older paint, vinyl wraps, or exotic finishes.
Read the SDS Sheet
Every professional detailing product has a Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Review it before first use to understand proper handling, dilution limits, and safety precautions.
Store Properly
Keep products in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures. Extreme heat or cold can degrade chemistry and shorten shelf life.
