Your tier is set after approval based on what you buy and how often, and it's reviewed as your volume grows. Discounts apply automatically when you're signed in, so there's no code to remember and nothing to claim after the fact.
Business accounts inside our Central Florida route area get free delivery on their standing and scheduled orders — our own trucks, no carrier fees. Outside the route area, qualifying orders ship free once they meet your account's threshold. Heavy freight like 55-gallon drums and palletized orders is quoted separately, and your rep will always price it before you commit.
No. There is no membership fee, no annual renewal, and no minimum contract. We do ask that business accounts order regularly enough to keep the account active — your rep will confirm what that looks like for your tier.
A resale certificate or tax ID speeds approval significantly and is required if you want to purchase tax-exempt for resale. If you're buying for use in your own service business rather than for resale, we can still approve you — just tell us about your business on the application.
Most applications are reviewed within one business day. If your documentation is in order, your pricing is usually live on your login the same day we approve you. Net 30 terms take a little longer — typically 3 to 5 business days for a credit review.
