Description
A dual-network structural ceramic coating that cures harder than clear coat
Lattice is Symplex's flagship coating and it does not work like a conventional ceramic. Instead of one linear siloxane chain, it cures two chemical networks at once — a rigid inorganic MQ-resin silicate grid that supplies hardness, thermal stability and UV resistance, and a flexible oleophobic organic matrix derived from trifunctional reactive polymers that supplies impact resistance and slickness. The result is an Interpenetrating Polymer Network that bonds covalently to the substrate, measures physically harder than automotive clear coat, and still flexes with thermal expansion instead of micro-cracking.
Key Features
- Interpenetrating Polymer Network (IPN) — two networks cure simultaneously into a hyper-dense structural layer
- Contact angle exceeding 115° for a true Lotus-effect self-cleaning surface
- Inorganic MQ-resin silicate grid delivers extreme hardness, thermal and UV stability
- Oleophobic organic matrix adds impact resistance, slickness and chemical impermeability
- Elastomeric flexibility resists micro-cracking through thermal cycling
- Solvent-based high-solids system for professional installers

Pro Detailer Tips
Patch Test First
Before applying any new product to a full panel, test on a small hidden area first — especially on older paint, vinyl wraps, or exotic finishes.
Read the SDS Sheet
Every professional detailing product has a Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Review it before first use to understand proper handling, dilution limits, and safety precautions.
Store Properly
Keep products in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures. Extreme heat or cold can degrade chemistry and shorten shelf life.
