The IK FOAM Pro 12 puts pressure-washer-quality foam in a 2-gallon pump tank: thick, dry, clinging suds for pre-wash, wheels, and fleet jobs — anywhere running a hose and cord isn't practical. Add IK's air connector and fill it from a shop compressor without pumping at all.

The IK Foam sprayer provides the user a dense and durable foam suitable for cleaning and disinfecting upholstery, carpets, and foaming the exterior of your vehicle. Designed for use with chemical agents with surfactant properties (surface active). Dilute your favorite APC, car wash soap, or foaming iron remover depending on the task at hand. Provided with the sprayer are 3 color-coded adaptors for different types of foam production (dry, wet, or standard foam).

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• After each use depressurize the sprayer and clean. 
• If the nozzle becomes blocked, clean it with water and do not use metallic objects.
• If the filter of the handle is clogged, remove it and clean it with water.
• Store the sprayer under cover, avoiding freezing temperatures and extreme heat (between 5º and 30º C).
• To prolong the life of the seals, regularly apply grease to the moving parts of the sprayer.
• The apparatus has a felt pad installed in front of the nozzle. This filter is to be cleaned with water when it is dirty. If it is completely damaged or is extremely dirty, replace it with a spare part. In the device there is a strip with 10 supplementary filters. Remove the used filter using a pointed object.
• To completely drain the tank, loosen the cap which is located at the bottom of the tank.
• If the apparatus does not spray or appears to be clogged loosen the hose of the tank, loosen the connection stub and remove the suction hose and clean with water

How do I get thick, dry foam from an IK foam sprayer?

Fill to the max line, use roughly a 1:10–1:20 dilution of a foaming soap or APC, and pump until the safety valve pops (about 15 strokes) — full pressure is what makes the foam dry. If foam turns wet over time, replace the foaming mixer or felt filter.

What chemicals can I use in it?

Neutral and mildly alkaline foaming products: car shampoos, snow foams, APCs, and interior foaming cleaners. For strong high-pH degreasers, use the ALK versions, and for acids use the IK HC line.

How do I maintain an IK sprayer?

Depressurize after every use, rinse the tank with clean water, and spray clean water through the nozzle. A drop of oil on the pump seals now and then keeps them supple — and genuine IK maintenance kits restore full pressure when seals eventually wear.
