Step three: kill what the cleaners left behind
Finisher is the last stage of the P&S Double Black interior system, run after Terminator and Carpet Bomber. Active oxygen chemistry attacks the residual organic matter that carries odour — the source of the smell rather than the smell itself — and works on stubborn stains, water marks and mildew notes. It breaks down into oxygen and water, so there is nothing to rinse out.
