Description
Ardex Blue Waffle Finishing Pads for a Swirl-Free Shine
The Ardex Blue Waffle Pads Finishing Double Pack is a set of two waffle-texture foam polishing pads built for the final finishing stage of machine polishing. Designed for detailers and body-shop pros, these soft blue pads deliver even product spread and a bright, swirl-free finish on paint and clear coat. The waffle face holds polish where you need it and breaks down product evenly across the panel.
Key features
- Two finishing pads per pack so you always have a fresh face ready
- Waffle-texture foam spreads polish evenly and reduces sling
- Soft blue foam tuned for light-cut finishing and final jewelling
- Refines gloss and removes light swirls left by heavier cutting steps
- Beveled-edge design for safe work around body lines and contours
- Part of the color-coded Ardex pad system for quick stage selection
- Reusable foam construction holds up to repeated wash-and-reuse cycles
How to use
Attach a Blue Waffle finishing pad to your dual-action or rotary backing plate. Apply a few small dots of your finishing polish or glaze to the waffle face, spread at low speed, then work the product across the panel at finishing speed until it clears. Keep the pad flat and use light pressure for the final pass. Clean the pad between sections, and rinse and air-dry after use so the foam is ready for the next detail.

Pro Detailer Tips
Patch Test First
Before applying any new product to a full panel, test on a small hidden area first — especially on older paint, vinyl wraps, or exotic finishes.
Read the SDS Sheet
Every professional detailing product has a Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Review it before first use to understand proper handling, dilution limits, and safety precautions.
Store Properly
Keep products in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures. Extreme heat or cold can degrade chemistry and shorten shelf life.
