Soft Polishing for a Flawless Final Gloss
The Ardex Blue Soft Polish Pad is a soft-density foam polishing pad built for refining paint after compounding and removing fine swirls. Designed for detailers and body-shop pros, this blue beveled-edge pad pairs with machine polishers to deliver a smooth, high-clarity finish on automotive paint and clear coat. Its soft cut profile makes it ideal for applying finishing polishes and glazes without introducing new marring.

How to use
Center the Blue Soft Polish Pad on your backing plate and add a few dots of polish or finishing product. Prime the pad, then work at a controlled machine speed using light to moderate pressure in overlapping passes. Keep the pad flat against the panel and wipe residue with a clean microfiber towel. Clean the pad between sections and after use, then let it air-dry fully before storage.

Pro Detailer Tips
Patch Test First
Before applying any new product to a full panel, test on a small hidden area first — especially on older paint, vinyl wraps, or exotic finishes.
Read the SDS Sheet
Every professional detailing product has a Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Review it before first use to understand proper handling, dilution limits, and safety precautions.
Store Properly
Keep products in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures. Extreme heat or cold can degrade chemistry and shorten shelf life.
